Our vacation spanned from the North in Como & Milan to Naples & Sorrento to the South. We based out of four locations during our 17 days in-country staying in 4 star accommodations; Como, Florence, Rome, and Sorrento.
Organized by travel agent Marc Bokoff in collaboration with Kensington Travel, the itinerary was customized to meet our travel preferences. Upon arrival, we received personalized service, including knowledgeable drivers and professional guides, ensuring a seamless experience with pre-purchased admission tickets to minimize wait times at attractions. Travel between cities was on high speed trains in business class.
The initial itinerary was finalized in a collaborative fashion prior to traveling, meaning we had an opportunity to fine-tune the details until we were satisfied that the plans met our specifications and interests.
Upon arrival at Milan International Airport, we were met by a Kensington driver and transported to our Como hotel. This personal attention to detail continued throughout our entire stay until we were dropped off at Naples International Airport at the end of the vacation. Drivers were in communication with our guides who were on-time at every designated point.
The drivers were professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and many professional guides were outstanding in delivering the best possible overview and education for every tour, in every location. All admission tickets were pre-purchased and that enabled the guides and us to minimize wait times to make the most of our time while seeing and experiencing the most available to us.
Every detail was expertly carried out and there were no miscues, miscommunications, or mix-ups. Kensington did a fantastic job in-country and Marc Bokoff did an outstanding job assuring that all requirements were met.

Roz and Marc are terrific TA’s!! They not only provide me with notices of travel that I may be interested in but keep me informed of the status of my trip from start to finish. They check on my flights and communicate any changes or travel concerns during the trip and are responsive to my texts, even at weird hours when flights get delayed. We just experienced the trip of our lifetime, exemplary in every way, thanks to Marc! Two nights in Rome, 10 nights on Celebrity Reflection from Rome to Greek Islands, ending in Barcelona for an additional two nights. Marc arranged amazing private tours for us. Absolutely the best way to see the sights. The guides were so gracious and educated in the areas. Lots of interesting info and anecdotes not possible in a group tour. I was recently on a group vacation to Mexico with 59 other soon to be friends. We all enjoyed ourselves for seven glorious days of sun and fun. Marc arranged excursions and fun group activities for anyone interested and was always available to answer any questions or help with scheduling COVID-19 testing. Unfortunately on the last day prior to our leaving a big storm moved into New England and our flight was canceled. Marc deligently worked to for hours to reschedule all 60 of us onto new flights over the next three days as well as transportation back to our starting point. Thank goodness for travel insurance. Since being home Marc has checked in with all of us and has helped with documents needed to submit travel insurance. We would love to express a HUGE Shoot out to Marc. This was our first trip in two years and we had a GREAT time and made many new friends. Marc was available to answer our questions and when our flight was canceled he arranged 60 people to fly into different airports and arranged ground transportation back to our vehicles in Norwich. The resort and the people who work there were friendly and very accommodating. The resort was pristine and packed with activities. People always ask about why they need a travel agent. Well let me tell you, we had a little problem with our room at the resort and Marc Bokoff had it taken care of immediately while we were out enjoying the resort. It didn’t slow us down at all or require any effort from us.Then our return flight got cancelled and would not be flying into our home airport until a week later. Marc worked for hours behind the scenes getting everyone in our group of 60 new flights to neighboring airports so we could get home in a timely manner. Again, this didn’t require any effort from us. He is truly amazing! I can not recommend him enough!

I can truly state I have been blessed enough to be a world traveler. From China, India, Russia, Australia, South America, and numerous places in between. I used to take on all the planning myself as I thought only I could make sure my family's vacations went seamlessly and were to the level of perfection I require. Then one day in a moment of what I thought as weakness, blame the stress of two jobs and childrearing, I handed the reins of my family's vacation over to Marc Bokoff. What an amazing surprise. Not only could Marc handle the overall booking and reservations, but he made sure even the smallest detail of our trip was set and approved to a standard even higher than mine. I had no idea that was possible. I have officially retired from my family vacation planning. All I have to do is drop Marc a line about where we want to go and what we want to do. The first time I came in contact with Marc was when I made a comment on a cruise blog and I was complaining about never receiving any upgrades on any of the cruises, through another company. He contacted me and sure enough he helped me out and not only that, he made all my connections for me. He made it so easy he did all the work and I enjoyed the vacations. He has planned Greece, Ireland, Scotland and Spain and a Mississippi steamboat cruise. My traveling companion and I enjoyed all our trips, he arranged all our ground transportation, hotels, transfers were faultless and we were met and taken to the next connection. That included a few ferries and taxis and small planes in Greece. What do I think of Marc? He is irreplaceable, and he is such a nice guy I feel like I’m talking to an old friend when we talk. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a fabulous time sister, Kim, and I had on our "bucket list" vacation to Machu Picchu! It exceeded our expectations in spite of COVID! Once we got past the uncertainty of our COVID testing status and the 3 hour flight delay to Lima, it was smooth sailing!The staff was remarkable! Our tour director, Mauricio, was fantastic as were the local guides. I was a little leary of taking a tour as many times there are too many people to make it truly enjoyable. Imagine my surprise when we were 2 of 8 total! It was great! Everyone in the group got along famously (or maybe infamously as Mauricio could always find us all at the bar!). The group size allowed us great flexibility and the ability to ask as many questions as our guides could handle. The people of Peru were very hospitable and eager to help. The sanitation protocols there ensured that we were COVID free - in addition to the requirement of double masks and sometimes face shields, temperatures were taken, shoes were rinsed in little step-in trays and hand sanitizer was sprayed at the entrance of every place we went! If anyone has any reservation about traveling to Peru, forget it! I would have been surprised if anyone tested positive when we took our COVID tests.

My wife and I heard an ad on the radio about a cruise to Bermuda. We had never been on a cruise before and had no idea how to go about planning one. We went to a meeting with Marc Bokoff and right away felt like he knew his stuff. We put down our deposit and asked Marc question after question throughout the following months leading up to the cruise. Wow, is the most appropriate word to describe my experience with Marc. Like most future brides, I got engaged, chose a venue and then was basically lost. Especially, with my preferred venue including a cruise ship. I met Marc, who works with Cruise Planners, at a bridal exposition at Mohegan Sun; and from there my fiancé and I’s dream wedding was able to become a reality. Marc immediately set up a meeting with me to begin discussing plans, and even went out of his way to come closer to my home town so I was accommodated right from the beginning. I can truly state I have been blessed enough to be a world traveler. From China, India, Russia, Australia, South America, and numerous places in between. I used to take on all the planning myself as I thought only I could make sure my family's vacations went seamlessly and were to the level of perfection I require. Then one day in a moment of what I thought as weakness, blame the stress of two jobs and childrearing, I handed the reins of my family's vacation over to Marc Bokoff. What an amazing surprise. Not only could Marc handle the overall booking and reservations, but he made sure even the smallest detail of our trip was set and approved to a standard even higher than mine. I had no idea that was possible. I have officially retired from my family vacation planning. All I have to do is drop Marc a line about where we want to go and what we want to do.
