Deposits and Payments: A deposit of $1700 per person should be made immediately to secure your space. Please make checks payable to Bokoff Tours & Travel (dba Hamden Rotary Club Tours). All prices posted on our website reflect a 3 1/2% discount for check payments. If paying by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express the discounted price will not apply.
The Price and What it Includes:
Our tours include all accommodations, ground transportation, sightseeing as outlined in the itinerary, meals as per the itinerary, and tips to drivers and guides. All prices in our brochure reflect a 3 1/2% discount for check payments. If paying by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express the discounted price will not apply.

Grand Australia and New Zealand Tour- May 7- May 27, 2023
$9,999.00 Per Person based on Double Occupancy.
$12,599.00 Per Person based on Single Occupancy.
Australia Only Tour- May 16- May 27, 2023
$5,999.00 Per Person based on double occupancy
$6,999.00 Per Person based on Single Occupancy
Minimum Group Size: All tour prices are based on a minimum of 20 passengers.
Air Transportation: These costs are NOT INCLUDED and are the passenger’s individual responsibility. We will arrange the intra-tour flights at a supplemental cost upon booking. All passengers will be required to travel on the same intra-tour flights and will be made aware of those flights and costs at registration. Should you desire us to book your International Flights we will be happy to arrange it for you in either Economy or Business Class at a supplemental cost. We will provide you with the arrival window during which you will need to arrive in Auckland or Sydney. Your departure from Melbourne after the convention is at your full discretion.
Travel Insurance: Tour cancellation/Interruption Insurance is highly recommended. Ask Marc about coverage upon registration.
Not Included: Any items of a personal nature, meals not specifically listed, telephone calls, laundry or incidental hotel charges. Arrangements in Melbourne for the Rotary International Convention are each individual's responsibility, including hotels and convention registration.
Changes to Tour Itineraries: Hamden Rotary Club Tours is entitled to make any changes, modifications, or deletions, with respect to the tour program described in the itinerary, if said alterations are considered necessary for the group’s comfort and welfare
Meals included as indicated: B= Breakfast, L= Lunch, D= Dinner
Single Reservations: Single reservations require an additional charge as indicated in tour pricing above.
Final Payment: Payment of the final balance in US Funds is due by January 5, 2023.
Baggage: Please limit yourself to one regular size suitcase and one carry-on bag. All others please limit your luggage, but bear in mind that any airline-imposed baggage fees are NOT INCLUDED and are the passenger’s responsibility.
Travel Documents: A signed, valid through January 2024 passport is required for all tour itineraries.
Cancellations: must be made in writing to Hamden Rotary Club Tours, 5311 Benito Court, Bradenton, FL 34211
From time of deposit until January 5, 2023 a $1000 per person penalty will apply plus any applicable air fare costs. From January 6, 2020- March 2, 2023 a 35% penalty will apply plus any applicable air fare costs. From March 3-May 7, 2023 a 100% penalty will apply plus any applicable air fare costs.
Refunds: Once your trip has commenced, no refund can be given for missed transfers, sightseeing, accommodations, services, meals or voluntary absence from a tour.
Responsibility: Each passenger making reservations for or participating in any of the Hamden Rotary Club Convention Tours understands and agrees to all terms, conditions, and limitations set forth herein. In endeavoring to make arrangements with various persons, firms, and corporations, for the services and accommodations described herein, the Rotary Club of Hamden Foundation, Inc. and/or Bokoff Tour and Travel Services, LLC act strictly as agents for the air carriers. In the case of air transportation, and agents for the tour operators, in the case of all other services, Bokoff Tour and Travel Services, LLC and the Rotary Club Of Hamden Foundation, Inc., as agents, shall not be responsible for or liable for, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for, any costs, injury, expenses, or damage to person or property which results directly or indirectly from any act, whether negligent or otherwise, of commission or omission, including but not limited to delays of any person, firm or corporation, which is to, or does provide products or services in connection with these trips, including but not limited to transportation, (whether by land, air or sea) lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, sightseeing, luggage handling, tour guiding, or escorting. Bokoff Tour and Travel Services, LLC or the Rotary Club Of Hamden Foundation Inc. reserves the right to decline, accept or retain at any time for any reason, any person as a participant on these tours.
Hamden Rotary Club Tours are not sponsored by or affiliated with Rotary International. All travel arrangements have been planned and organized by Bokoff Tours and Travel, LLC, acting as agents for the airline carriers, tour operators, and other vendors supplying services for these tours. Neither Rotary International or the Rotary Club of Hamden Foundation, Inc assumes any liability or is providing any services with respect to these tours.
